Commission Process:

Do you have any pet stories that you love or stories that illustrate his/her quirks? Colour schemes, where the painting will be hung and budget should be considered. 

The painting takes 4-8 weeks from the time I receive your photos and a 50%deposit. 

Sizes/Pricing:

My acrylic paintings start at $500 and I work with a variety of sizes and supports. Please contact me for a price quote as the cost depends on the style, size and content.  I can work with you to accommodate your budget needs.

Photo Tips/Materials:

Quality photographs that reflect your pet's personality and appearance will result in better paintings. 

- Take pictures outdoors during a bright but overcast day, making sure the sun is in  front  as opposed to behind your pet.

- Do not use a flash as it will alter your pet's true colors.

- Get down to your pet's level and try not to take a picture too close to your pet's face as it will warp the perspective (big nose, small eyes).

- Focus for better results, send me a variety of photographs showing fur details, coloring, and your pet's eyes. If necessary, take close ups of their eyes. Indicate which photos reflect your pet's personality. Photos will be returned. If in doubt, contact me.
